Payments and Refunds

1. No Cancellations During Program Duration

No cancellations are allowed during the agreed program duration (e.g. 16 weeks or 12 months).

By enrolling, the Client commits to completing the full program term as outlined at sign-up.

Failure to complete the agreed duration for any reason — including personal, medical, or financial —

does not entitle the Client to a pause, refund, or cancellation.

2. No Refunds After Program Begins

Once the program and materials have been delivered, no refunds will be granted.

This includes access to:

Digital content

Private coaching or communication

Nutrition or training methods

Strategies, tools, and guidance shared throughout the program

These elements form part of an experience that cannot be "unlearned" or returned, whether or not the Client completes the program or chooses to apply the information.

3. Post-Term Cancellation Policy

After the initial term ends, Clients may request cancellation with at least 7 days’ written notice before the next billing cycle.

Requests to cancel during the initial program duration will not be accepted and do not release the Client from the financial commitment made at sign-up.

4. Third-Party Payment Plans (Affirm, Afterpay, Klarna)

If the Client selects a financing option via Affirm, Afterpay, Klarna, or similar:

The financial agreement is managed directly through the payment provider.

RLSTRENGTH is not responsible for payment processing, missed payments, or any fees incurred

through your selected provider.

Your installment agreement remains in effect even if you choose not to complete the program.

We encourage Clients to review their provider’s terms before completing a purchase.
